Shake Smoothie Bar is a newly established smoothie bar concept launched together with TRIBE Boxing Studio in June 2020; specialising in delicious dairy-free, blended-to-order real fruit and vegetable smoothies and nutrient-rich options such as handcraft Acai and fruit-based smoothie bowls. It all started with a need; Co-Founders, Mark Choo and Christian Lee, wanted to keep a healthier lifestyle while having a busy schedule. Just like many working adults, both of them did not have the luxury of time to look for healthier options to indulge. Often, the food they consumed made them hungry for more sugary offerings or, it was simply too time-consuming to prepare. They added more fresh fruits and veggies to their diet; and also discovered that they could offer a solution — good-for-you Shake smoothie and bowls. Shake food approach is simple — creating accessible healthy food that our body needs; and healthy does not mean having to sacrifice taste. The menu has been crafted to take a modern spin on traditional smoothies and to give customers greater flavour and more nutrient-rich health benefits.
