Job Responsibilities

1. Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content for social media

2. Social Media Management: Oversee accounts to maintain brand messaging and handle inquiries.

3. Community Engagement: Interact with the audience, fostering a positive community.

4. Analytics: Track and analyse metrics to assess and improve campaign effectiveness.

5. Research & Trends: Stay updated on social media trends to boost growth and engagement.

6. Reporting: Prepare performance reports with key insights.

7. Influencer Outreach: Build relationships with influencers for collaborations.

Requirements

1. Previous experience in managing social media platforms (personal or professional) is preferred.

2. Familiarity with popular social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, XHS) and their functionalities.

3. Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools and techniques.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both English and Mandarin languages.
